Before you enquire

What people ask first.

Anything else, ask in the quote form or call us.

I do not know which service I need. Can I still ask?

Yes. Describe the property, the work and anything you have been asked for, such as a condition from building control or a request from a letting agent. We will tell you what applies and set it out in your quotation.

Can I combine several services in one quote request?

Yes, and it usually saves time. Add every service you think applies; the quotation lists each one with its own scope and price.

Do I need final drawings before I enquire?

No. Early drawings or a short description are enough to start. Some calculations need the final specification before they are issued, and the quotation will say so.

Does sending an enquiry book an appointment?

No. Your enquiry is not a booking. Your quotation confirms the payment schedule. Work and appointments are confirmed following acceptance and receipt of any required payment. If a test or deadline is close, say so in the form.

What will I receive at the end?

The output named in your quotation, for example a SAP report, a test certificate or an EICR, sent as a PDF. Where building control needs it, we can send it to them directly.

Tell us about your project.

Choose what you think you need, or tell us you are not sure. It takes about two minutes and no drawings are needed at this stage.
