  • Electrical installation condition reports (EICR)

Periodic inspection and testing of fixed wiring, with a coded report on its condition.

Electrical · At least every 5 years for rented homes

  • Gas safety checks

Annual landlord gas safety checks by Gas Safe registered engineers, with the record you must keep.

Gas · Every 12 months for landlords

  • PAT testing

Available for any landlord, office, shop or site that needs it. A qualified tester inspects and tests portable electrical equipment where your risk assessment calls for it. How often depends on the type of equipment and how it is used; not every appliance needs an annual test.
