1. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. Your contract starts on the day you accept our written quotation and we receive any payment it requires before work starts. The cancellation period ends 14 days after that day.
This right is for consumers: individuals booking for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. It does not apply to bookings made by businesses.
2. How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you have decided to cancel. You can email info@regulabuild.co.uk or write to RegulaBuild Compliance Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
Your cancellation is in time as long as you send it before the cancellation period ends.
3. Your refund
If you cancel, we will refund the payments you have made to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not pay any fee for the refund.
4. If you ask us to start within the 14 days
We will not start work during the cancellation period unless you ask us to. If you want a visit, test or assessment to happen sooner, we will ask you to confirm this in writing when you accept the quotation.
If you ask us to start early and then cancel, you will pay an amount in proportion to the work carried out up to the time you tell us, compared with the full service. We will deduct this from your refund.
If the service is completed in full during the cancellation period at your request, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
What we will ask you to confirm
I ask RegulaBuild Compliance Ltd to start the service before my 14-day cancellation period ends. I understand that if I cancel after work has started, I will pay for the work carried out up to the time I cancel. I understand that I lose my right to cancel once the service has been carried out in full.

6. Cancelling after the 14 days
After the cancellation period, you can still cancel by telling us in writing. We may charge for work already carried out and for costs we cannot recover, as set out in our Website and Client Terms. Your other legal rights are not affected.
